About this service
With more than 30 courses to choose from, there is something for everyone. There are courses for anyone, youth, older adults, family, friends, and parents, and First Nations, Métis and Inuit so you can easily find one that is right for you. All of our courses are developed and delivered in partnership with our peer supporters and students who are experts by experience: they have their own personal story of a mental health or substance use concern, or are supporting a loved one.
