About this service
Home Again is a program in collaboration with the Calgary Homeless Foundation (CHF), providing support to quickly house and help stabilize families in Calgary who are experiencing homelessness. Families are referred to this program through the Coordinated Access and Assessment program at CHF.
Once in the program, families receive financial assistance and individualized supports to help them secure and sustain housing.
Closer to Homes Case Managers work with each family to help them meet their goals, providing support with accessing basic needs assistance, employment and education resources, government programs, mental health and addictions resources, and anything else the family may need in order to remain successful in their new home.
