About this service
Healthy Families Program is offered as a collaborative multi-agency initiative called Calgary Healthy Families Collaborative (CHFC).
The program provides services to families with newborns up to 3 months of age, living in one of the targeted communities within Calgary. The goal of program is to promote positive childhood outcomes, healthy child development, effective parenting skills and community connections through strength-based home visitation services.
