- Protection Skills (Security Guard License & Certification)
- Gain skills required of a security professional
- Front line customer service skills
- Develop skills to deliver quality service at front desks
- Learn problem-solving best practices in combination with technical skills
- Administrative skills
- Learn to perform a variety of administrative and staff support duties used in office administration
- Workplace English language enhancement
- Canadian workplace preparation
- One-on-one employment counseling
The program is available to immigrant women who are permanent residents, have Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLBs) of 4 - 6, and basic computer knowledge.
