Spruce Cliff Downs is a senior citizen townhouse complex which includes fifty-five (55) one bedroom, self-contained suites. All units are in a townhouse arrangement and are attractively finished. They come equipped with wall to wall carpeting, washer/dryer, stove and fridge. Upper suites have balconies.
These projects are rent geared to income. Tenants are charged 30% of their total income of their current Notice of Assessment.
