About this service
This smaller, clean, secure and quiet building of only 25 1-bedroom units comes equipped with venetian blinds, a combination of carpet and linoleum flooring, and a fridge and stove. Two of the suites are wheelchair accessible. The attractively decorated suites do not have balconies, but there is a common patio area on the second level.
These projects are rent geared to income. Tenants are charged 30% of their total income of their current Notice of Assessment.
