About this service
Kendale House is a senior citizen apartment complex which includes thirty-three (33) one bedroom, self-contained suites. All units are attractively finished and come equipped with wall to wall carpeting, stove and fridge. Suites do not have balconies.
These projects are rent geared to income. Tenants are charged 30% of their total income of their current Notice of Assessment.
