About this service
This six-storey, apartment-style seniors housing complex contains 100 one-bedroom suites, two of which are wheelchair accessible. Each of the self-contained units is approximately 554 square feet, equipped with venetian blinds, a combination of carpet and linoleum flooring, and a fridge and stove. The suites do not have balconies.
These projects are rent geared to income. Tenants are charged 30% of their total income of their current Notice of Assessment.
