About this service
This attractive and well-kept seniors housing complex contains 32 one-bedroom suites, two of which are wheelchair accessible. Each of the self-contained units is approximately 550 square feet, equipped with venetian blinds, a combination of carpet and linoleum flooring, and a fridge and stove. There is a very large common room with two outdoor seating areas.
These projects are rent geared to income. Tenants are charged 30% of their total income of their current Notice of Assessment.
