About this service
This low-rise, apartment-style seniors housing complex contains 13 one-bedroom suites, and 27 bachelor suites. Two of the suites are wheelchair accessible. Each of the self-contained units is equipped with venetian blinds, a combination of carpet and linoleum flooring, and a fridge and stove.
These projects are rent geared to income. Tenants are charged 30% of their total income of their current Notice of Assessment.
