About this service
Cambrian Manor is a three-storey, apartment-style seniors housing complex with 49 self-contained one-bedroom units and one two-bedroom unit for couples only. Each unit is roughly 530 square feet and comes with a combination of carpet and linoleum flooring, venetian blinds, fridge and stove. The suites do not have balconies.
These projects are rent geared to income. Tenants are charged 30% of their total income of their current Notice of Assessment.
