About this service
CCMF Alberta Buddy-Coaches hear you and are here for you.
Whether you need an ear, or someone with whom you can explore what to do next in your relationship situation, a Buddy-Coach provides connection, care, peer coaching and consultation. They are skilled at asking the right questions to help you think through things from a variety of perspectives, setting you up for success in your path forward.
Our Buddy-Coaches are men who have experienced their own struggles with divorce, separation, family court, custody negotiations, parental alienation, and/or domestic abuse. They have chosen to help other men help navigate the difficult times in their lives.
Buddy-Coaches are trained by CCMF Albertas program coordinator who is a professional Certified Executive Coach. They tap into their own experiences and balance support with encouragement and challenge unhealthy, potentially destructive responses to seemingly impossible circumstances.
Who can use it?
Men who have experienced divorce, separation, family court, and/or domestic abuse
