About this service

- Has trouble making or keeping friends?
- We can help!
This program is for children with ADHD and/or social-emotional concerns
Children learn skills in a fun, positive and caring setting
Parents learn skills too
Children will learn and practice the following skills:
- Tools to manage strong emotions
- Dealing with bullying and teasing
- Friendship and problem-solving skills
- Challenging negative thinking
- Communication skills and assertiveness
- Online safety tips
Parent sessions focus on:
- Tips for parenting children with ADHD and/or social-emotional challenges
- Weekly activity suggestions to reinforce concepts at home and school
- Connecting with other families
