About this service
Outreach is a free program that supports families raising children ages 0 to 18 with developmental disabilities. We provide in home support to children experiencing social, emotional and behavioral challenges. We work collaboratively with the family on specific goals and provide parenting and behavioral strategies. Our work is for one hour once a week in home.
To be eligible for Outreach Services the child needs to have a confirmed diagnosis.
Referrals can be made by parents, professional or supporting community members.
