About this service
Gateways is a free service that supports families raising children ages 0 to 18 with developmental disabilities. We provide in home support to families that are facing barriers; such as ESL, mental health, multiple children with disabilities and/or low income. Our program connects families to resources and services in the community.
To be eligible for Gateways the child needs to have a confirmed diagnosis.
Referrals can be made by parents, professional or supporting community members.
