About this service
When the worst case scenario happens, Calgary Humane Society is there to provide support with our Pet Safekeeping (PSK) and Emergency Boarding programs. Both our PSK and EB programs require a referral and are subject to space availability.
PET SAFEKEEPING
The Pet Safekeeping program at Calgary Humane Society is designed to provide safe refuge for pets displaced by domestic violence. Our Pet Safekeeping program provides up to 21 days of care, including spay or neuter surgery and vaccines.
EMERGENCY BOARDING
Whether due to fire, flood or emergency hospitalization, our Emergency Boarding program provides up to 10 days of care including spay and neuter surgery and vaccines.
