About this service
Before entering a group program, the child or youth and their parent/family has to have a one-on-one session with their counsellor to see which program is the best fit. Once in the group program, at least one parent has to take a simultaneous program to learn how to support the changes their child is making. However, we encourage both parents to participate.
Self-Esteem for Adolescents
This 12-week program will give teens the tools to create a positive, stronger sense of self and make healthy choices. Teens will learn how to challenge negative thoughts, build confidence and develop good relationships.

Calgary Counselling Centre - Self-Esteem for Adolescents is open Mon-Thur 8:30am - 7:30pm, Fri 8:30am - 5pm, Sat 9am - 3:30pm.
