Families experiencing new or sudden challenges leading to recent homelessness can get back on track with help from a Case Worker to gain resources and work on a plan for affordable and stable housing.
- Who: Families who have experienced sudden changes that may cause homelessness or they have become homeless.
- What: A Case Manager will provide information and connect you to community resources.
- Where: Choose to meet in your home or convenient place in your community.
- When: Flexible appointments as needed for 6 to 9 months.
- How: Call us directly 403.242.8575 ext. 0 or you may be referred by a community agency.
