Need Food NOW?
Contact BowWest for a referral to the Calgary Food Bank or the St. Vincent de Paul Society. Our offices also stock some food for emergencies.
Visit BowWests very own Fresh Market Connections. Held every two weeks at the Bowness and Ranchlands offices, Fresh Market Connections gives BowWest clients direct access to free fresh fruit and vegetables.
Good Food Box
Operated by Community Kitchen Program of Calgary, the Good Food Box lets Calgarians buy fresh fruit and vegetables at lower cost. Prices vary depending on the size of food box purchased. People order and pick up their Good Food Boxes at various locations, including the BowWest office in Bowness. Good Food Box subsidies are available.
