About this service
INitiative for Diversity, Inclusion & Equity for Alberta Nonprofits is a three-year program that promotes collaboration and support between community-based ethnocultural communities and Albertas nonprofit sector. The goal of this program is to ensure that Albertas nonprofit organizations understand, adopt and implement a diversity, inclusion and equity framework in collaboration with community-based ethnocultural organizations towards greater relevance, productivity and prosperity of the sector. It will better equip the nonprofit sector to be more adaptive, accessible and effective in addressing the demands of increasingly diverse communities in Alberta.
