About this service
For young infants, we offer classes for parents or caregivers of a baby with a flat spot on their head. You will learn:
- ways to position your baby to help correct the flat spot
- ways to position your baby on his or her tummy (tummy time) and side
- A clinician will assess the baby's head shape and neck motion.
- Please bring a blanket to put your baby on during hands-on activities.
- There is no childcare available and no siblings are allowed to come to the classes.
- Older infants (up to 10 months of age) may be seen on referral only and are assessed for positional head shape and neck motion.
Who can use it?
Babies must be between the ages of 0-5 months
