About this organization
We provide a comprehensive range of cancer supports, resources and programs for individuals and families living with cancer so they can develop skills and strategies to improve their quality of life during and beyond cancer. Our ongoing programs are: core & educational (healing journey, returning to work, brain fog), expressive arts (journaling, drumming, storytelling), movement and fitness classes (iRest yoga, Tai Chi, exercise &educate), caregiving and self-care; outdoor activities and speaker series; Money Matters clinics. We have a lending resource library, and offer our space freely to related organizations to deliver programs or support groups.
