About this organization
Formerly a traditional Community Association, the new Sunalta is a resident-led initiative that removes social isolation, improves food security and creates a community living room, where all Calgarians are welcome to come together to find support, experience culture, share in conversation and enjoy being neighbourly.
Over the years we have been instrumental in driving social change and building a stronger, more vibrant community by offering diverse and responsive programs and services. We consider ourselves a vehicle for social change, with a focus on innovation, inclusion, sustainability and advocacy.
