Im a Nova Scotia based Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist who is passionate about helping you reach your health goals through nutrition and lifestyle. I believe that nutrition counselling needs to be tailored to the individual in an evidenced-based and sustainable way. If it doesnt fit your life, you wont stick with it and then it just becomes another diet that doesnt work for you.

I have had the opportunity to work as a Dietitian in a wide variety of settings, which has helped me build a strong knowledge base that I can use to help you. I am a Certified Diabetes Educator which means I am regulated in the care for people who have diabetes and to support people in the prevention of diabetes. I take a holistic, whole food approach to nutrition and health. I look at the whole person and their life, including their family, schedule, health history, goals and so much more. I need to know you personally to understand what your goals are and what the plan needs to be to achieve this goal.
