About this organization
The SILP program supports single adults, couples and families with children. The person-centred support provided through the SILP program varies and is individualized based on each individuals unique support needs and requests.
Supports can include, but are not limited to:
- Learning how to budget finances effectively
- Meal planning and preparation
- Support with grocery shopping
- Support in housekeeping and laundry
- Appointment Support
- Support in seeking out safe and affordable housing options
- Support in applications and reporting for SAID and SHC
- Support in preparing for and seeking out meaningful employment
- Social and recreational activities

Must meet the mandate of the Ministry of Social Services
