With over 470 physicians providing comprehensive, community-based primary care to more than 320,000 patients in over 140 medical practice locations in the Calgary West Central area, the likelihood that your doctor is a member of our Primary Care Network is quite good.

Increased access

The CWC PCN has programs to help provide you with increased access to a doctor. Through the Primary Care Centre, we offer seven-day-a-week, same-day appointment service for non-emergency care to patients whose family physician is a member of the CWC PCN.

Senior Services

Seniors with complex medical issues can be referred to the Senior Services team by their CWC PCN family physician. This interdisciplinary team provides specialized primary care with the goal of supporting seniors to remain at home in their community for as long as possible. Team members help patients access medical and community services, assist with personal needs and identify and address gaps in care.
