About this organization
The Bowness Community Association was established in 1963. In 2007 the Bowness Community Association was revitalized with a new team of dedicated residents, developing a new vision for the Bowness Community Association.
The Bowness Community Centre also has an events/sports area referred to as the Bowness Sportsplex. It is located in the Heart of Bowness is an inclusive and welcoming space where community from all walks of life can come together. Bowness Sportsplex includes:

- Main Hall
- Community Boardroom
- Studio Room
- Commercial Kitchen
- Living Room
