About this organization
Provides diagnostic assessment and / or consultation services for pediatric patients with a question of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Service: The Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Diagnostic Clinic located at the Alberta Children Hospital (ACH) - Child Development Centre (CDC), provides a tertiary level of diagnostic assessment for patients who require expertise beyond their community healthcare providers for patients 1 to 17 years, 6 months of age.
Purpose: To rule in or out the question of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). After the diagnostic question is answered, the child is referred back to their community healthcare provider for long-term follow up and care.
