About this organization
FCSS delivers programs that aim to enhance the social well-being of individuals, families, and the community as a whole.
FCSS is a program offered to Municipalities, by the Province of Alberta, Ministry of Community and Social Services.
Programs are financed 80% by Provincial funding and 20% by the Town of Bowden.
Programs offered (subject to availability*):
- Referrals, information and support for adults, seniors, families, children, and youth
- Volunteer Coordination and Support
- Volunteer Appreciation Supper
- Community Registration Night
- Good Food Box
- Community Garden
- Community Volunteer Income Tax Program
- Vision for Non-Violence Central Alberta Regional Coalition
- West Red Deer County Early Years Coalition
- Seniors Week
