About this service
Eaglesham School, under the Peace Wapiti Public School Division (PWPSD), was established in 1951 in the Spirit River School Division. Upgrades throughout the years included additional classrooms, a gymnasium, a science room, a typing room, a library, and various utility facilities. The school introduced Senior High and graduated its first batch of students in 1956. The institution implemented its first computer program in 1983 and became a community hub after receiving public use approval in 1978. Its largest student population was recorded in 1967, accommodating approximately 390 students.
