About this service
Provides routine immunizations to students in Grades 1, 6, and 9 at school. Each year, Alberta Health Services, Public Health reviews immunization records for students in grades 1, 6, and 9 to determine the required immunizations for each student. A consent form is subsequently sent home, along with an information sheet for each recommended vaccine. No immunizations will be administered at school without consent from a parent or legal guardian. The immunizations included in this program are:
