About this service
When you have anxiety and/or depression, the world can feel grey. The Colour Project breaks down barriers to build a colourful community where everyone can feel supported, heard and safe. TCP provides text-based peer support where help-seekers are connected to trained volunteers. One-on-One You will be connected to a trained volunteer for text-based mental health support. You can chat with your volunteer through the weeks until you decide you would like to be disconnected. You can do this by texting STOPCHAT to them. Anonymous Your identity will be hidden from the volunteer - its important to us! Free of Charge Our organization is non-profit, and aims to make support accessible.
