About this service
Barrhead & District Social Housing Association operates two lodges. Hillcrest contains 91 rooms and Klondike Place contains 40 suites. Residents of the lodges are encouraged to maintain their personal wellness and independence. No medical care is available from the foundation staff, foundation staff have first aid and will complete an assessment during an emergency. Health services are provided by Alberta Health Service. Included in the Alberta Health staff are: Registered nurses, licensed Practical Nurses, Home Support Aides, Occupational Therapists, Respiratory Therapists. Basic furnishings are available to residents if they require this service. All new tenants are encouraged to bring their own personal belongings. Rent at the Lodges Includes the Following: Three Meals and snacks Hillcrest Residents Klondike Place residents rent includes dinner meal only Housekeeping, heat and water and sewer Extra Charges for the Following: Electricity Vehicle parking and plugins Laundry Cable TV
