If youd like to get support with something on your mind by writing online in the moment, you can connect with a counsellor using Live Chat. Its anonymous and confidential. Our Live Chat service lets you connect online with a professional counsellor in real time in English or French. Live Chat is open daily from 7 p.m. to midnight ET. Well be accepting new chats until 11:15 p.m. ET only, in order to help ensure that all conversations are responded to by midnight.
