Included in rent: 1 meal (noon meal), 1 snack, washer/dryer are in suite, housekeeping cleans the suite on a weekly basis, garbage must be taken to the garbage chute by the client, activities Application Procedure: Must complete application form RGI Rent Rate: 30% + fixed rate set by Board Service Package Rate: $60/month electricity $40/month cable TV $25/month indoor parking Additional Services: Social /recreation activities Home Care from 6:30am to 9:30pm through Alberta Health
