About this service
The Banff Housing Corporation (BHC) is offering rent deferrals and reductions for Tinu residents affected by the current emergency. If at least one leaseholder listed on the lease has been laid off or had work hours reduced due to the COVID crisis, rent for April, May and June will be reduced to 30% of gross household income. (For example, 30% of $1,500/month will be $450/month rent.) Tinu residents must contact the BHC office by bhc@banff.ca or phone (403.762.1115) to arrange the deferral.
