About this service
The Families Matter Diversion Program is a voluntary, community based program designed to assist families in overcoming challenges and building skills necessary to ensure a safe, healthy, and resilient home. The Diversion Counselor will work with you and your family to understand the challenges you face, connect you with the resources you might need, draw on you and your families strengths to set goals for positive change and help you to maintain those positive changes over time.
