About this service
Settlement services - Workshops, information and orientation sessions, and direct client service in either individual or group settings, will provide you and your family with support and assistance in settling in your new community. A wide variety of topics are covered, including housing, employment, education, health care, English classes, and housing.
Settlement workers in schools - aims to provide a smooth transition for students as they enter into the Canadian school system, while empowering immigrant and refugee families to actively contribute and integrate into their childs school community. In-school workers provide orientation, information, cultural interpretation, support and referrals, while acting as the liaison between families and educators.
Volunteer services - Volunteers are always welcomed and provided with full training and ongoing support to assist us in helping others.
