About this organization
It is our goal to help you navigate the challenges that life throws at you: a life free from bondage and turmoil: Something to celebrate. Even though we can't change what has happened in the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. Through self-care, discipline, and by applying cognitive tools and techniques, we can change unhelpful beliefs, perceptions, and thought patterns, and increase healthy behaviour that will create a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
We offer both affordable low cost counselling for those who don't have benefits or inadequate benefits. We also offer sliding scale counseling for those who need to extend their benefits. We don't want fees to be what stops someone from receiving support. We have also partnered with EAP/EFAP to increase access to benefits.
Full fee counselling is requested from anyone who can afford it so that we can offer subsidies to those who really need it.
