Spending all your money to keep a roof over your head can stop you from enjoying a higher quality of life. Airdrie Housing Limiteds Affordable Housing Rental Program provides rental units at below market rents to individuals and families whose annual household income qualifies and are currently paying more than 30% of the gross monthly income on rent. Airdrie Housing Limited has 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment and condominium units located close to schools, shopping and employment in Airdrie. Rents are set at a minimum of 10% below market and can be further reduced by rent supplement programs should applicants qualify. Airdrie Housing has a total of 44 condominium and apartment units available for rent.
