Saskatchewan citizens with a MySaskHealthRecord account at eHealth Saskatchewan are now able to view their COVID-19 vaccination record in a new format that includes a QR (Quick Response) code. Information is available about adding your immunization information to your Saskatchewan health record if you have been vaccinated outside of the province, or if your immunization information is missing. Information is available for out of province residents (including Lloydminster) who received vaccination in Saskatchewan.
