About this service
Residential Addiction Treatment Program complemented by a Stage One Trauma Treatment Program.
Our evidence-based curriculum combines Helping Women Recover and Beyond Trauma: A Healing Journey developed by Dr. Stephanie Covington with provincial, national and international best practices.
We offer a holistic approach to the program, including strengths-based counselling and empowerment, exercise and recreation, art therapy, meditation, nutrition, reiki and acupuncture treatments.
We provide a client-centric, harm reduction model that is non-judgmental, meaning that we meet our clients where they are on their journey to recovery.
The House of Sophrosyne is the only residential treatment program in Southwestern Ontario that accepts women during any stage of their pregnancy.
