About this service
We offer support group formats to our one on one counselling clients to address a wide variety of issues that range from settlement challenges to domestic abuse.
These support groups focus on enabling women to develop leadership skills through self-development in a safe, supportive environment. Clients who may experience barriers to civic engagement find a strong sense of community among their peers and integrate into Canadian life faster. There are specific group sessions for those who may be experiencing or trying to escape abusive relationships.
