About this service
Many of us are feeling overwhelmed as a result of this second wave of Covid-19. Join PRCs Early Learning Specialist, Joanne Boyd as we make sense of our fatigue, worries and stress together. In this workshop, we will explore the impact of stress on our childrens behaviour. We will discuss self care for parents and ways you can be the anchor for your children at this difficult time. Suitable for parents / caregivers of children aged 1 to 10 years of age.
