About this service

This 5 session group offers information and support on dealing with psychological issues related to COVID-19. Goals include feeling less isolated by connecting with group leaders and other group members over Zoom, problem solving around practical issues, learning strategies to cope with emotions and to overcome COVID-related anxiety and depression, and more generally acquiring tools to cope with COVID-related distress. Concepts from both cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) will be used.
