About this service
CCSH has been providing services and programs for seniors and adults with physical disabilities since 1980. Our service area includes Belleville (including Thurlow Township), Tyendinaga Township, and Deseronto. We have two offices to serve you. Community Care for South Hastings is a nonprofit agency for seniors and adults with physical disabilities. We provide programs and services that assist our clients to remain in their own homes with dignity and respect for as long as possible. Volunteers are the heart and soul of our agency. Our programs succeed because of our volunteers. CCSH provides a number of services including: - Meals On Wheels - Escorted Transportation - Service Arrangement and Coordination - Stroke Support - Social and Safety
