About this service
Changes brought about by the pandemic have been especially hard on kids. With that in mind, we hosted an online parenting seminar to help with supporting children through this changing season.
We invited three childrens mental health professionals to speak and answer questions on various topics affecting children ages 3-13 during the pandemic.
Discussion topics included:
- Missed social opportunities & social development
- Feelings of isolation & loneliness
- Increased tension in home and family life
- How to answer kids questions about the pandemic
- Dealing with changes to everyday life
