About this service
Circle of Friends is a program designed to strengthen an individuals ability to continue to function in their homes as well as remain active in the community. Twice a week, seniors gather together at the Centre to meet with friends, make new ones and participate in a variety of activities.
The Circle of Friends Program has a variety of different activities that can include exercises, games, crafts, singing, reading, discussion groups, and outings. The Circle of Friends staff will be there for assistance to make it fun and as easy as possible to participate. There is a rest area available for those needing it throughout the day.
