Hours: 9:30 am - 12pm and 1:00pm - 3:30 pm
Dates: Oct: 22, Nov: 5, 12, 19, 26, Dec: 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31
Queen Victoria Hospital - Public Health (2nd Floor)
Who: Everyone 12+ years old - with or without BC Health Card
How: a) Have a BC Health Card --> Book an appointment online
b) Do NOT have a BC Health Card --> Call to request a Covid19 vaccination in Revelstoke with a temporary Personal Health Number
c) Do NOT have a BC Health Card and do NOT want to call --> show up during open hours and ask for COVID vaccination (be patient as they will need to do paperwork)
NOTE: Bring identification to the appointment. BC Health Card if you have one, ID if you do not
