About this organization
We have been established for over 20 years to serve the Community of Nanaimo. At Friends of Haven Thrift Shop you will find everything you need for your home, from furniture, to fine art and collectibles, including a vast inventory of clothing and accessories for your whole family. At Friends of Haven Thrift Shop we strongly support The Haven Society who provides gift certificates to the women they look after so these women can shop with us for what they and their children need in order to start over. At our shop, we also accept customer donations at the Wishing Well and donate a portion of the cash proceeds to the Haven Society.
